1. This Policy "Security of Personal Data Processing" (Policy ) , adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" no. 133 dated 7 July. 2011 related to other applicable regulations governing, in particular, the way personal information is collected and used, implicitly and the terms of use.
2. Relax Station therefore ensures, in accordance with the law, the preservation of personal data and respect for the right to privacy, or - the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the law and in good faith, pursuing a legitimate aim for the proper performance of services (information).
3. The Client / Service User accepts and declares consent to the processing of personal data, under the terms of the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" no. 133 dated 7 July. 2011, in connection with other applicable regulations.
